My Pahadi Dukan is super excited to bring you 100% Jaivik(all-natural) farm-fresh pears, freshly harvested and delivered to your doorstep!

Nestled in the lap of mountains, at an altitude of around 6000 feet, these pears are grown and harvested at the Poornam Farm in Manali.

The farm is run and managed by Moksha Jetley, a 60 year – old avid biker and a proud Limca Book Record Holder, who ventured into natural farming in 2014, with a mission to provide clean and healthy fruits from the mountains to everyone.

The Poornam Farm is free from any chemical fertilisers and practices Jaivik Farming.

What is Jaivik Farming?

Jaivik Farming is a form of regenerative agriculture, in which there is no use of any chemicals in any form. The plants are nurtured using natural fertiliser, called Jeevamrut. The farming also focuses on techniques such as crop rotation and companion planting, instead of monoculture plantation.

While the fruits grown through Jaivik farming may not appear to be visually appealing or aesthetic, they offer great nutritional value.

Just the way nature intended them to be!
