Bade (Black gram based fritters) are traditionally made in a much-loved donut shape and are
generally enjoyed as an appetizer with the staple meals, or as a snack during tea time.

How to Cook –
Bade Mix is created with high-quality raw material and the choicest calibre of indigenous
spices to give you a pleasant culinary experience.
Mix content with water, 2 tbs oil and leave it for 10 mins to get a smooth mixture. Prepare
small donut shaped pieces and fry in hot oil till golden brown.

Quantity –
The premix weighs 110g and is good to serve 2-3 people.
