How to use –
This coarsely ground yellow mustard and chilli combination can be used as a spread, in gravies and salad dressings, batters and marinades or as a dip. Thanks to the rather peculiar preparation of this mustard and the fruity spiciness of it we often like to use this mustard when we bake, especially something like a puff pastry filling.
