Directions:

Serving recommendation
Approximately 25ml of honey is required to replace 30ml of white sugar. (You need lesser quantity of honey to replace white sugar with same sweetness)
Storage recommendation
Store tightly sealed jar of honey in cool, dry and dark locations. Do not put it in the refrigerator.
Crystallization of honey
Crystallization of raw honey is a natural process and depends primarily upon the climatic conditions & ratio of natural sugars present in different varieties of honey. Raw honey crystallizes more in low temperature zones.
De-crystallization
Placing the jar of honey in a pot of mild hot water or in direct sunlight for sometime will melt the crystals and turn it liquid again.

As we filter our honey traditionally at the source,you may see very few traces of wax or bee pollen in the honey.
