While at the same time, they aim at surmounting the contraptions of conventional mandi market systems, so that both ‘Farmers and Consumers’ may reap the deserved benefits in a fair way.
Kayang is a homegrown space by the farmers of the tribal regions of Kinnaur and Spiti in the Himalayas and they aspire to replace the existing system by connecting sustainable farms directly with the Indian consumers – a transparent system where you’d know where your fruits are coming from.

As a policy, orders once placed cannot be cancelled. However, the whole order amount for the products ordered by you will be refunded if the order is lost or undelivered to your preferred location.
Apples are perishable products which is why they cannot be naturally stored for long durations of time. Hence as a policy, any order once delivered cannot be returned.
In a case where, a recipient has received the package where –
More than 10% (i.e. more than 4 -5 apples in a 5 kg box depending on the size you purchase) are completely damaged – We may at our discretion consider refund of such damaged quantities of apples only, provided the Recipient provides pictures of the completely damaged Apples. However the recipient shall report such damage within 24 hours of receiving the package. Any complaint received after 24 hours of delivery of the package will not be entertained.
Please Note: 1-2 Apples being spoilt due to heat or other factors such as shipping is a normal loss of goods and will not be compensated for. Since we don’t apply pesticides and fungicides, there might be a rare chance of getting an apple with rot, please don’t worry about it. Please let us know and we’ll help you out.
