Siachen Naturals is super excited to bring our collection of natural soups made with barley and a careful collection of natural herbs that are harvested in the pristine Siachen valley in Ladakh.

A group of around 14 women, or ‘Amalayas’ as we fondly call them in Ladakhi from Village Aranoo in the Siachen Valley cultivate native produce to sustain themselves. Siachen Naturals procures this yield to make delicious soup in select flavours with a blend of local herbs.

How to prepare (Single serving):

  • Take 150ml of water and put it to boil.
  • Take 20gms of soup powder in a bowl and mix 50 ml of water. 
  • Stir the soup powder continuously to avoid any lump formation.
  • Add the stirred soup powder into the boiling water and cook for 3 minutes.
  • You may add more water to give the soup a desired consistency.
  • Serve hot.
