Ingredients –
Stinging Nettle – For Muscle and joint pain
Cardamom – For melatonin
Ginger – For anti-inflammatory properties
Lemongrass – For anti-oxidants
How to Brew –
Light brew- 1 TSP/CUP | 2-3 mins | 100-120°C
Strong brew- 1.5 TSP/CUP | 4-5 mins | 100-120°C
- Add a cup of water and bring it to a boil.
- Add one teaspoon of our nettle tea as soon as the water starts boiling.
- Lower down the heat and let the mix simmer on medium flame for a minute or two (leave longer for a stronger brew).
- If the flavor is too potent add a dollop of honey for that extra sweet kick and viola your cup of goodness is ready!
