- Morning immunity booster - Grate some ginger in water and boil for 5-7 minutes. Strain the water and let it cool until it becomes lukewarm. Then add one tablespoon of honey and half fresh lemon juice, mix it and your morning immunity booster is ready.

Approximately 25 ml of honey is required to replace 30 ml of white sugar. (You need lesser quantity of honey to replace white sugar with same sweetness)
Store the tightly sealed jar of honey in a cool, dry, and dark location. Do not put it in the refrigerator.
Crystallization of honey
Crystallization of raw honey is a natural process and depends primarily upon the climatic conditions & ratio of natural sugars present in different honey varieties. Raw honey crystallizes more in low-temperature zones.
Placing the jar of honey in a pot of mild hot water or in direct sunlight for some time will melt the crystals and turn it liquid again.
