How to Use:
Mix 1 tsp/2.5g Ashwagandha powder with hot/cold, milk or Water, Blend it well and enjoy.
Spice it up & blend it with other herbs or tea/coffee to have it as a latte, smoothie or baking confectionary to overpower its natural, bitter & earthy taste.
Dosage:
As explained in Ayurveda, Charaka Samhita, Chikitsa Sthana, Chapter 1.3 (Rasayana).
- Start with a dosage of 1g(half spoon).
- Increase the dosage to 2g (full spoon) after a week, Ayurveda advises this gradual increase of dosage for better results.
- Continue this regimen once for 3-4 months to fully experience the benefits of Ashwagandha.
