Sea Buckthorn is a super fruit full of all the omegas 3, 6, 9 and the rare 7, as well as a host of antioxidants and other healing nutrients. It has been used to heal psoriasis and make skin glow, boost immunity, slow ageing, and lower cholesterol. Sea buckthorn also has applications in cancer prevention and diabetes treatment and acts as a strong antioxidant. We collect sea buckthorn from the clean wild forest of Bumthang, Bhutan and dry it naturally in improvised drying units. Dried fruit is made into powder and packed in tea bags.
