Dried Apricots: Our handpicked, sun-dried, pitted apricots are sweeter as compared to other varieties, with a slightly tangy finish. They are rich in fiber, vitamin A, potassium, and iron, and are known to have several health benefits. Consuming dried apricots can help improve digestion, boost the immune system, and prevent various chronic diseases.

Dried Apricots with Kernels: Our whole apricots are hand-picked and sun-dried over a period of ~2 months, without the use of any machinery or artificial heat. We uphold this age-old tradition to maintain the natural nutrient composition of the apricots. This sweet delicacy is consumed amongst family members, served to friends and guests, and presented to loved ones all year round.

Walnut Kernels: Our walnuts are nothing like you’ve had before: earthy and crunchy, with no bitter finish because of the unique growing conditions at high-altitudes and well-drained soil which nurture them. They are also slightly smaller in size and richer in oil as compared to those grown in other parts of the country. Our farmers extract the walnut kernels by hand upon individually harvesting them in late summers.
