This infusion is made with bruised fresh needles of indigenous conifers that we forage from the Kumaon forests in our Apple Cider Vinegar. The conifers include the Deodar, Himalayan Fir and Himalayan Cypress.
Strong and earthy flavours and fragrances which transport you to the forest with one whiff.
How to store: Keep away from direct sunlight. Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate once opened.

Use: In mocktails and cocktails, in salads and soups, chutnies and sauces, curries, marinades, stir fries and so on.Â
