Cow Ghee is prepared from the milk of the Desi Pahadi Cow and packed in a hygienic environment in the pristine mountains of Himachal Pradesh. Native to the region, these cows graze in the high Himalayas on organic and native herbs and shrubs; hence, their milk has high medicinal value.
It is rich in Omega 3 & 9 and contains many protein vitamins including A, D, K and E that boost immunity. It is helpful for the skin, eyes, hair and brain since it is a super-rich source of antioxidants. The curd is prepared from the Pahadi cow’s milk and is churned using a churner (Bilona) bi-directionally to extract butter from the milk. This butter is slowly heated on a mild flame to make Pahadi A2 Ghee.
Unlike other ghee products that claim to be organic and without lactose, our ghee butter is 100% natural, produced by grass-fed Indian desi cow milk. Our ghee is rich in flavour with a nutty, grainy texture. It has no artificial additives and is naturally preserved so you to enjoy the flavourful goodness of pure ghee.
